So betrachtete zeigt sich, dass sich das System einfach verbessern ließe: Man kann versicherungsmathematisch berechnen, wieviel Pension bei einem bestimmten Lebensalter und eingezahlten Betrag (bei sozialer Bedürftigkeit eventuell inklusive eines Zuschusses durch die Steuerzahler) zuerwarten ist. Dann kann jeder entscheiden ob Pensionsantritt oder weitere Arbeit um eine höhere Pension zu erlangen. Einfach den Menschen die Wahl lassen .


P.S.: Wenn sich dadurch Leute finden würden, die bereit sind länger zu arbeiten bedeutet das nicht , dass sie "den jungen die Arbeitsplätze wegnehmen": Durch die Mehrarbeit steigt das reale Gesamteinkommen und dadurch die Nachfrage, damit auch die Nachfrage nach Arbeitskraft.

So this is similar to a normal equity incentive program.

What about the risk of the loan? This is secured by a pledge of the bonds - solange die Immofinanz überlebt ist also kein Kreditrisko vorhanden. Sollte andererseits die Immofinanz nicht überleben dann haben die Aktionäre andere Sorgen als 4,2 Millionen Euro zusätzliche Kredite bei rund 12 Milliarden Bilanzsumme.

I ch hier keinen Nachteil für die Aktionäre erkennen.  Aber Hauptsache wir können uns aufregen und die Bürokraten können wichtig.
